Job description
- Provide basic care and delegated medico-technical acts, with a holistic approach to the resident
- Contribute to the quality, safety, and continuity of care
- Promote the maintenance of autonomy and well-being of residents
- Actively participate in their life project, closely aligned with their needs and expectations
- Ensure the proper functioning of the care team, notably by participating in the implementation and development of this new role
- Ensure precise handovers and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- Support the resident and their relatives, collaborate interdisciplinarily respecting the values of the institutional project
Profile sought
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as ASSC and right to practice
- Minimum 2 years confirmed professional experience, ideally in a nursing home
- Comfortable with people presenting cognitive disorders and demonstrate a genuine interest in elderly persons
- Ability to assess situations and act responsibly
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Proficiency with common computer tools, knowledge of Sadies DIR is an asset
- Dynamic, empathetic, and open-minded personality, showing initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent team spirit and ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
