Your impact & Key Responsibilities
As Sales Manager Switzerland, you will lead the partner managers and grow peoplefone’s sales in the German and French part of Switzerland. You will help to define and execute our national sales strategy, drive revenue growth and ensure operational excellence.
In this role you will:
- Manage and coach the Swiss sales team of around 6 employees to achieve growth and profitability goals
- Define and implement the sales strategy, including market segmentation, prospect targeting and competitive analysis
- Oversee key sales processes from sales offers to customer agreements and ensure efficient post-sales operations and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Marketing Team, and the Group to roll out new products and services in Switzerland
Your Profile
- Strong background in the Telecom/IT and B2B markets
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales of B2B in an SME environment
- Proven management experience leading teams of around 5 employees or more
- Strategic and hands-on mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Entrepreneurial flair with the ability to combine operational drive and strategic vision
- Fluent in Swiss German and English, and ideally also in French
