About the job
The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

Specialist in Work Agogics, Social Pedagogy or Activation,
fixed-term until approx. end of December 2026, 60-100%
What to expect
- Agogic support and promotion of adults with severe multiple disabilities in a binding daily structure in individual and group offerings
- Co-design and implementation of offers, activities, project weeks and excursions
- Assumption of key worker duties
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of care measures
- Collaboration with relatives and legal representatives
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other internal and external specialist departments
Your profile
- Completed training in work agogics, social pedagogy or activation
- Several years of professional experience in health and social services with adults with severe multiple disabilities is an advantage
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills
