Your tasks
In the "Supplementary Benefits" section of the compensation office of the Canton of Fribourg:
- Checking applications, letters and various information
- Creating complete files: verifying information, obtaining necessary information and documents
- Determining entitlement to benefits, calculating and paying benefits
- Responding to information requests: in writing, by telephone or in personal meetings in our offices
Desired profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a merchant or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in social insurance advantageous
- Analytical and versatile thinking
- Proficiency in German (very good knowledge)
