Role Objective:

In this role, you ensure that quality standards, processes and systems are sustainably further developed and consistently implemented. You drive improvements along the entire value chain and create transparency through effective key figures, audits and quality methods. Together with the specialist departments, you promote a quality-oriented corporate culture and support the continuous development of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with quality requirements as well as internal and external process specifications
• Analysis, optimisation and further development of business processes as well as integration of these into the quality management system
• Leading and implementing quality and improvement projects using modern quality methods
• Conducting key figure analyses and deriving and monitoring appropriate improvement measures
• Planning, conducting and accompanying internal, external and supplier-related audits
• Further development of quality standards along the supply chain and support in supplier qualifications
• Training and coaching employees in quality-relevant topics, methods and processes
• Collaboration with internal departments to ensure product, process and system quality

Your Profile:

• Technical training, ideally complemented by a technical degree
• Several years of professional experience in quality management or quality assurance in an industrial company
• Sound knowledge of the quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Experience in process optimisation, audits and continuous improvement programmes
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills at B2/C1 level
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented personality with high initiative
