To complete its team, the care management is looking for the Neurorehabilitation services of HFR Meyriez - Murten, a
Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
(1-year fixed-term contract, 40%)
Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the cared-for person and their entourage, respecting the current care philosophy
- perform medicotechnical and care services within the defined scope of your area of expertise
- carry out logistical, administrative, and housekeeping tasks
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate in it
- work in pairs with nurses and thus take care of patients as a team
- supervise training staff
- certificate as a community health and care assistant
Your profile:
- mastery of French or German with good knowledge of the partner language, an asset
- (FEE training or willingness to become one, an asset)
- proficiency in basic and hospital-specific computer tools
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- interpersonal skills and communication sense
- flexibility, commitment, and ability to accept changes
