Administrative Clerk

What you will do with us
- Hub for administrative and organizational matters in close cooperation with management and project leaders
- Ensuring professional customer contact at reception and the telephone switchboard
- Support in billing, dunning, and debt collection
- Checking and coding of creditor invoices
- Recording customer orders and assisting with tenders and offers
- Coordination of internal and external training
- General administrative tasks as well as ensuring 100% holiday cover
What you bring
- Commercial basic training with experience in an SME in the trade or construction industry
- Enjoy working independently, efficiently, and responsibly as well as enthusiasm for new topics
- Organizational talent with the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations and find solutions independently
- Communicative, positive, and team-oriented personality with confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Very good MS Office skills, SAP experience is an advantage
