Among other things, we offer employment programmes in external companies for the unemployed. We are looking for an Acquisition Specialist / Coaching in labour market integration to immediately or by arrangement mediate programme participants into external placements.What awaits you with us
- Acquisition of placements (cold and warm acquisition)
- Organisation and support of participants at job interviews in companies
- Networking, coordination and collaboration with internal and external agencies
- Administrative case management, documentation of coachings and correspondence
- Conducting individual and group coachings on topics related to the application process
- Independent scheduling of appointments and weekly planning
You bring with you
- Enjoyment in acquisition and networking with partner companies
- Professional experience in the private sector
- Recognised coaching qualification or willingness to complete one
- Experience in labour market integration desired
- Interest in intercultural communication and diversity
