What is my role?

Our client is looking for an experienced individual who independently manages building construction projects through all planning and execution phases. You bear overall responsibility for coordinating all project participants - from groundbreaking to handover. In doing so, you ensure that quality, deadlines, and budget are adhered to. As the central contact person, you actively shape the entire construction process.

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you bring a solid basic education in timber construction, masonry, or construction planning as well as further training as a technician HF building construction, construction manager, or a comparable qualification. You work in a structured and precise manner, think from the customer's perspective, and lead teams in a goal-oriented way. Independent work and autonomous decision-making are among your strengths. Your interest in complex construction projects and your willingness for continuous development complete your profile.
