About the job
The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

At our location in Gontenschwil, we are seeking support in the field of psychotherapy from July 2026.
Your tasks
- Continuous case management of assigned patients including maintaining the medical history
- Psychotherapeutic treatment with individual and group therapies, house meetings, and family discussions
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Making decisions regarding therapy progress and goals with the therapeutic team
- Conducting initial interviews before the clinic stay
Your profile
- Completed degree in psychology or equivalent qualification
- Advanced or completed psychotherapy training
- Experience in addiction and/or trauma therapeutic work advantageous
- Curiosity, commitment, resilience, ability to work in a team
- Strong identification with the mission statement and conceptual foundations of the therapeutic work at Klinik Im Hasel AG
- We expect an attitude characterised by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
