At the Solothurn Center Oberwald, around 200 employees specifically and individually support people with mild to severe cognitive and physical disabilities at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. They are committed to enabling as self-determined a life as possible in an environment where interests, wishes, and dreams can find space.
At our location in Zuchwil, we are looking for immediate and by arrangement
Care Assistance, 40-100%
We support a re-entry into the profession with 12 funded external training days in care, which take place during working hours.
Your Tasks
- You ensure professional basic and treatment care
- You perform medical technical procedures and care services according to your training and continuing education level
- You create a meaningful individual daily life for people with multiple disabilities
- You take on household tasks
- You are also willing to work at night
Your Qualifications
- Completed training as a Health and Social Care Assistant EBA or Care Assistant SRK
- Professional experience in the health and social sector and a special flair for working with people with disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
