As a certified building maintenance specialist, you are a professional at inspecting and maintaining facilities in and around buildings.

Apprenticeship start: August 1, 2026

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Maintenance and care: maintenance and cleaning work on structural facilities, roads, paths, and machines
• Nature and landscape: care of riverbanks, streams, and forests – including mowing, wood, and reforestation work
• Machines and technology: operation, maintenance, and minor repairs of machines and equipment
• Storm protection: driftwood management and immediate assistance in case of storm damage
• Teamwork: support of other departments and participation in projects
