We are a dedicated and motivated team at the Barmelweid Clinic, which values professionalism, collegiality, and a positive working atmosphere. The Barmelweid Clinic is divided into six areas, each led by area managers and represented in the executive management. The head of the nursing service is actively supported by an assistant and three department heads. Together, we are committed to providing high-quality and humane care. For the further development of our clinic, we are looking for an experienced leader who, as the head of the nursing service and a member of the executive management, takes on responsibility with heart and mind and actively shapes the future of Barmelweid with us.

- You are responsible for the personnel management and further development of the entire nursing service.
- As a member of the executive management, you actively participate in strategy development and implementation.
- You support the quality strategy through the application of the EFQM method and contribute to the economic strategy by creating budgets and ensuring their compliance.
