Brief & Concise

Completed training in the hotel/catering industry or several years of experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
Experience in the upscale/premium hotel or restaurant sector
Language skills: Very good English skills are required; any additional language is an advantage
Excellent professional knowledge and strong service orientation
Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanour
Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure even in stressful situations
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

Main Responsibilities

Ensuring smooth service operations in room service during daily business
Wine and food advice and correct service thereof
Preparing room amenities (fruit basket, champagne, wine, cakes, etc.) for arrivals
Supporting banquets and events
Attending to our demanding, international guests
Compliance with hygiene regulations
Adherence to quality standards in our hotel
