- Professional and personnel leadership, coaching, and development of employees
- Responsibility for achieving the goals of your main agency (including personal sales performance)
- Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures
- Definition and implementation of your short- and long-term strategy as an entrepreneur for the development of the main agency
- Responsibility for solution-oriented customer consulting, the sale of non-life products, and the mediation of life products
- Representation in the agency area with appropriate measures including participation in regional events and organization of marketing actions
