Your tasks
- Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
- Active participation in shaping the daily routine
- Taking over nursing tasks as primary care
We expect
- Completed training as Assistant in Health and Social Services EBA or completed further training as Nursing Assistant SRK or equivalent training or willingness to complete it
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome
- High social competence
- Flair in dealing with elderly people and people with dementia
- Decisiveness within the scope of nursing tasks
- Good knowledge of German
- Good IT user skills
