What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the proper operation, monitoring, and control of all building technical systems and operational facilities.
- You carry out minor maintenance and repair work on the building, building technology, operational facilities, as well as furniture, and organize and check larger maintenance and repair work by external parties.
- You lead a cleaning team of two employees and actively support them in cleaning tasks.
- As the safety officer (SiBe) of the site, you are the contact person for all safety-related matters.
- Your job also includes site maintenance (cleaning the surroundings, maintenance of green areas, ice control, snow removal, etc.) as well as ecological and sustainable waste and recyclable material management.
- Various administrative tasks and participation in projects are also part of your daily work.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a technical or craft vocational training.
- In addition, you have further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence and, ideally, further training in the field of safety.
- You can apply your several years of professional experience as a caretaker, preferably in an industrial environment, on a daily basis.
- An independent working style, a high sense of responsibility, and a strong service orientation characterize you.
- You are a resilient personality and have a healthy assertiveness characterized by tact.
- Good MS Office user skills and business fluent German are required.
