This is what you can achieve with us...
- Contact and processing point for incoming customer inquiries
- Recording and forwarding of incoming orders, in connection with additional sales
- Consultative sales in the area of products, promotions, and new products
- Receiving incoming customer concerns and resolving them
- Immediate reaction to quality issues (products, sales)
- Handling of customer complaints
- Sales support for the Zweifel Fresh Service
- Maintenance of customer master data
Why you will succeed...
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Enjoyment of daily telephone contact with customers
- Fluent Swiss German and very good French skills required, Italian skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills and Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Familiarity with the structures of the Swiss food retail trade
- Service-oriented and precise working style
