As a restaurant manager, you carry the operational responsibility for the entire service area. With your sense of enjoyment, warmth, and excellent service, you ensure that our guests experience unforgettable moments and feel completely at ease.
- Operational Leadership: You manage and coordinate the daily service process in the à la carte restaurant and bar to ensure smooth and professional operations.
- Guest Care: You personally provide warm, attentive, and friendly service and support your team in advising and caring for the guests.
- Sales and Consulting: You competently advise guests on the selection of food and drinks and actively promote the sale of our specialties.
- Quality and Hygiene Management: You monitor compliance with our high quality and hygiene standards (HACCP) in the service area.
- Banquet & Seminar: You are involved in the planning and execution of events, themed evenings, and special promotions, ensuring their successful execution.
- Employee Management: You lead, motivate, and develop your service team with passion and foster a positive working atmosphere.
- Organization & Administration: You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the service area, including mise en place, order, cleanliness, as well as the safe operation of the cash register system and collections.
- Experience in Gastronomy: You have solid practical experience in the service area and ideally some experience in a leadership role.
- Host with Passion: With your positive demeanor and team spirit, you create a pleasant atmosphere for guests and employees.
- Resilient and Flexible: You remain calm, composed, and flexible in demanding situations.
- Language Skills: Very good German skills are a given for you, English skills are an advantage – additional foreign languages are a plus.
- Independent and Structured Work Style: You work reliably, independently, and pay attention to details even under pressure.
