Medical Co-Head of Department 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Professional and personnel co-head of department together with a specialist psychologist of the interdisciplinary team
• Conducting and evaluating integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments of individuals, couples and families across the entire age spectrum and all psychiatric disorders
• Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
• Monitoring of departmental goals
• Participation in on-call duties
• Networking and exchange with external referrers and specialist centres
• Conducting expert reports on various issues if interested

• Specialist in psychiatry
• Organisational talent, ideally with leadership experience
• Strong team orientation and desire to actively engage with your own leadership role
• Enjoyment of responsibility and further development of your own department
• Confident in German, both spoken and written
