For our client, we are looking for a committed, responsible and motivated Deputy Head of Nursing Service (60–100%) who actively shapes the quality of care with professional competence and empathy and supports the team in their daily work.

• Support of the Head of Nursing Service in professional, organisational and personnel management
• Co-responsibility for ensuring high-quality care and support
• Participation in the planning and organisation of daily nursing activities
• Support in personnel management, deployment planning and staff development
• Promotion of a respectful team culture
• Participation in quality and development processes
• Contact person for employees, clients and relatives

• Completed training in the nursing field (HF/FH or equivalent recognition)
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Responsible, resilient and solution-oriented personality
• High social and communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and leadership tasks
