Plant Operator: Roastery / Mass Production Chocolate
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for one or more production lines in the area of cocoa mass production / chocolate mass manufacturing
- Execution and documentation of line quality and process control
- Independent ordering and return of materials based on production orders
- Organisation and execution of cleaning and product changeovers
- Detection and resolution of malfunctions and support of the technical service during revisions
Requirements
- Apprenticeship or equivalent training in the food sector (Food Technologist EFZ, Food Practitioner EBA, Plant Operator EFZ, Confectionery Technologist IHK, Food Technologist IHK)
- Technical understanding in handling linked systems and modern control (experience with roller systems advantageous)
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good IT skills (SAP experience advantageous)
