Active customer acquisition and sale of service contracts
Repair of all products in our portfolio
Maintenance and inspection operations of mobile and fixed devices and equipment on site at the customer or at the regional workshop
Inspection/assistance of spare parts in the service vehicle
Processing of service reports
This is what defines you
Successfully completed professional training as an automotive or heavy vehicle mechanic, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, electrical engineering, plant construction, hydraulics, or comparable training
Ideally, experience in field service
Class B driving license (preferably BE)
Confident customer relations, independent and solution-oriented working method
Affinity for Office applications
Enjoy working, planning, and organizing independently
Language skills in English and German are an advantage.
