Service Technician (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this versatile position, you are part of the assembly and customer service team and accompany our machines from assembly to deployment at the customer.

• You assist with the mechanical and electrical assembly as well as the construction of the machines

• You commission systems at the factory and directly at the customer

• During service assignments at home and abroad, you analyse malfunctions, locate faults in electrical wiring and PLC-controlled systems, and carry out repairs on site

• Travel activity is around 40-60%, and you take on on-call duties if required

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training (e.g. electrician, electromechanic or polymechanic)

• Several years of professional experience in a technical environment

• Good PLC knowledge as well as basic knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics

• Mechanical understanding and manual dexterity

• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style

• Good German and English skills

• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40-60%) and to take on on-call duties
