In the 3-year apprenticeship, you will be deployed in the most important departments of commercial training:
Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and IT. By working in the various departments, you will acquire a broad and solid expertise. Experienced professional and practical trainers ensure that you are competently trained and supported. The training is complemented by attending vocational school and inter-company courses, and a training-accompanying BMS is possible if interested.

You complete secondary school level A or achieve very good performance at level B (or equivalent training). You are reliable, motivated, independent, and have a quick grasp. You enjoy interacting with people and can empathize well with them. Your friends describe you as versatile, social, and communicative. You are willing to make mistakes and learn from them.
