About the job
You want to take the next step - but not into a classic hospital structure with rigid procedures?
Here you will find a modern psychiatric setting that lies between outpatient and inpatient care - with a working day that also takes you out to the patients.
You work in an innovative treatment model that is gaining increasing importance in Switzerland: equivalent inpatient treatment in the home environment. Your patients remain in their familiar surroundings and are therapeutically supported there - a real alternative to inpatient stay.
For you, this means: less classic "ward routine", but more direct work with people - in the everyday life of the patients. You are regularly on the move, conduct home visits and experience psychiatry in a much more practical context than in a hospital setting.
The team is deliberately kept small and interdisciplinary: doctors, psychologists and nursing staff work closely together, leadership is shared between medical management, psychology and nursing. Hierarchies are flat, decisions are made jointly.
Your tasks:
- Initial assessment of new patients in the home setting (variable, 1-3 per day)
- Professional supervision of assistant doctors
- Participation in treatment planning and therapy structure
- Medication adjustment and monitoring of progress
- Participation in / leading interdisciplinary team meetings and supervisions
Your skills:
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- 1-3 years of experience after specialist training, ideally with senior physician responsibilities
- Interest in a new, mobile treatment setting
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Openness to a co-leadership role in the team
- Structured and independent working style
- Good German language skills (at least B2)
Your benefits:
- Entry into a leadership role with development prospects
- Innovative treatment concept between outpatient and inpatient care
- Mobile working day with high variety
- Small teams with close collaboration and flat hierarchies
- Very good compatibility of work and private life
- At least 25 days of holiday
- Staff accommodation available for starting in Switzerland
- Above-average contribution to the pension fund
- Additional family and childcare allowances
- Support for further education and training
- Various discounts (sports, pharmacy, mobility)
