In this role, you work on the implementation of such solutions and bring them into productive use together with the team.

• You develop and operate modern AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), agent systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• You implement backend services, APIs, and integrations with customer and third-party systems
• You develop new agents, workflows, and automations for our AI platform and customer solutions
• You integrate AI functionalities into existing business processes and enterprise applications
• You work closely with the Solution Architect on architecture, technology, and product decisions
• You analyse requirements, evaluate technical solution approaches, and pragmatically implement them production-ready
• You support the expansion of our AI platform regarding scalability, security, operation, and reusability
• You establish and optimise deployment, monitoring, and operational processes for productive AI solutions
• You evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and models and specifically apply them in customer projects and products
• You actively share your knowledge within the team and help continuously develop our AI expertise

• Several years of experience in software development with Python or comparable technologies
• Proven experience in the development and productive operation of AI solutions based on LLMs, RAG, and agent systems
• Experience in designing and developing APIs, integrations, and cloud-native applications
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (ideally Google Cloud Platform, alternatively Azure or AWS)
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and productive operational processes
• Experience handling structured and unstructured data as well as preparing it for AI applications
• Ability to pragmatically solve technical challenges and take responsibility for results
• Enjoyment in trying out new technologies and translating them purposefully into added value for customers
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high standard of quality
• You have confident German language skills and good English skills
