We are looking for you as:
Regional Sales Manager 100% (m/f/d)
- Sales analysis using common key figures in cooperation with the Swiss management
- Support in controlling the appearance of the sales branches as well as actively ensuring the appearance of our shops
- Driving business development activities for the region
- Regular control and responsibility for inventory checks of all shops in your region
Participation in cross-functional projects, especially in cooperation with marketing and product management - Leadership responsibility over all store managers regarding the employee life cycle
- Coaching of directly subordinate employees for professional and personal development
- Ensuring information and know-how transfer as well as implementation of all nationwide directives in close cooperation with headquarters
- Scheduling and coordination of even team workload and productivity
- Development of sales-promoting measures including budget application in consultation with management
- Leading sales-internal projects
- Active contribution to business development; developing proposals to optimize the product range
Requirements for this position include completed training as a sales manager and/or corresponding business management training. Excellent knowledge of retail as well as a sales DNA with proven performance are considered advantageous. Experience in leadership is a prerequisite for this position. We also expect qualities such as natural authority, competent customer advice, a structured personality with good business understanding, and above-average willingness to perform. Experience in project implementation is an advantage. Since we operate throughout Switzerland, fluent English and German skills are expected. Good knowledge of French is a plus.
