• Processing orders and procurement of system material (military and civilian air sector)
• Processing repair orders for system material
• Obtaining quotes, placing orders, and tracking deliveries
• General support of the supply chain team on site
• Timely and accurate data maintenance in SAP (order confirmations, prices, dates, invoice workflow) and corresponding forwarding of this information to the internal requester
What you bring with you
• Technical or commercial basic training, ideally combined with further education in purchasing
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing in an industrial environment
• Experience with international suppliers as well as procurement of technical components
• Communicative personality with a strong service and customer orientation
• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and assertiveness
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge (SAP S/4 Hana)
• Fluent German and English skills
