- Independent preparation and follow-up of contracts and public deeds under the instruction of the notaries
- Participation in the management and maintenance of the land register
- Correspondence and communication with customers, authorities and other service providers
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks in the notary environment
- You have completed a commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification
- You are characterized by a reliable, team-oriented, resilient and customer-focused personality
- You work independently, carefully, efficiently and with a structured approach
- You communicate in confident German and have good user knowledge of the common
