assistant fiduciary, part-time 50 - 60% (m/f/d)

tasks

• as the first point of contact, you will look after customers on the phone, connect calls and make clarifications
• in addition, you will code the documents, post them and execute payments
• furthermore, you will handle internal administration including the post, take over various correspondence and manage materials
• participation in the management of client properties is also part of your varied activities 
• the workload can be 50% or 60%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training as a businesswoman / businessman or equivalent
• you bring experience in the service sector and ideally have already gained initial professional experience in accounting
• do you describe yourself as committed, sociable and service-oriented?
