What is your job?

• Overall responsibility for project management of construction projects
• Technical and organisational leadership of projects from planning to billing
• Coordination and communication with clients, authorities, planners as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring of schedule, quality, and cost targets
• Leadership and support of site managers
• Risk, claims, and contract management
• Ensuring an efficient and economical project process

What do you bring with you?

• Training as a certified master builder, Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Civil Engineering or ETH University Civil Engineering Building Planning / Site Management or comparable qualification
• Comprehensive technical and business understanding
• Several years of leadership experience and pronounced leadership competence
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial working style
• Confident handling of digital construction administration and planning tools
