To strengthen our Personal Insurance department, which offers our customers high-quality services in claims handling, we are looking for a German-speaking lawyer for the Personal Insurance Benefits department.

Workplace: Bern (Wankdorf) and 1 day presence in Lausanne desired

The following tasks await you:

• You handle legal disputes related to accident insurance and draft objection decisions and legal documents
• You handle legal disputes related to daily sickness benefits insurance, negotiate, mediate, and draft legal documents
• You analyze and answer legal questions from caseworkers handling UVG files and daily sickness benefits files, as well as from underwriters and brokers
• You actively participate in internal projects and training sessions

This is what distinguishes you:

• Master's degree in law or equivalent qualification
• Ideally, first experience in a similar role in the field of social insurance
• Your native language is German and you have good knowledge of French, ideally also Italian
• You are proficient in common IT tools (MS Office)
