The main department of building construction is responsible for all cantonal buildings and facilities, for the coordination of building applications, and for spatial planning issues. The provision, maintenance, and management of real estate is centrally handled by the building construction department as a competence center.
We are looking for a
Caretaker Building Construction 40%
starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement, with the workplace in Glarus.
Tasks
- Performing caretaker duties
- Carrying out simple repairs
- Furniture management including small moves
- Disposal, recycling, and transport of laundry
Requirements
- Craft apprenticeship with proven professional experience
- Enjoyment of varied work in a lively environment
- Independent and reliable working style
- Teamwork skills and service orientation
- Initiative and flexibility
- Driver's license category B
