Technical Sales Consultant in Internal and Field Service (90 – 100 %)

Are you a service-oriented person who appreciates working with young people? Then you fit with us! A dedicated team with an open-minded school management and around 180 learners look forward to your support. At MSW, you accompany the professionals of tomorrow and actively and future-oriented shape their learning environment. The learners and a motivated faculty expect a personality who inspires, thinks networked, and boldly puts ideas into action. The MSW, the training center of the city of Winterthur, combines theory and practice for technical professions under one roof. With a unique combination of the three learning locations – company, ÜK and school – we train at the highest level in the fields of polymechanics, automation, and electronics. Our approach opens up diverse perspectives for learners: from direct entry into the industry to transfer to a university of applied sciences and offers an attractive alternative to the gymnasium path.

Your Tasks

Creating technically sound offers and quotations

Complete order processing, from inquiry to delivery

Active expansion of our customer, partner, and cooperation network

Planning appointments and resources in close coordination with customers and production

Technical clarification of inquiries as well as development of practical solutions

Material procurement and preparation of production documents

Your Profile

Completed technical training or comparable qualification (e.g., polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician)

Strong technical understanding

Sales talent with enthusiasm for active customer contact

Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and confident appearance

Ideally commercial or business management further education

Very good German spoken and written

Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
