Technical Product Manager HP (m/f/d), bilingual

To further expand our MPS portfolio and optimally respond to the increasing demands of our customers, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager HP who actively shapes and further develops our products.

• Responsibility for the further development and entire lifecycle of technical HP products
• Aftersales support and consulting for the hardware solutions used at Faigle around Managed Print Services, especially HP
• Deputizing for other Technical Product Managers
• Definition of product vision, roadmaps, and requirements together with internal and external stakeholders
• Interface between technology, sales, marketing, customers, and suppliers
• Support of market launch of new products and features
• Planning and conducting internal and external training sessions
• Travel activity throughout Switzerland, approx. 40%
• Laboratory and onsite testing of output systems in larger projects
• Communication in German and French with teams and customers

• Completed technical vocational training
• Experience in product management, technical support, or a comparable interface function
• Excellent language skills in German and French (spoken and written) are a must, English is an advantage
• Experience with agile methods and product management tools
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
