From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking to complement our team with your support as a Commercial Assistant Public Prosecutor (100%, also possible in job sharing or part-time).
Job Description
The focus of your responsible tasks is the independent handling of criminal investigations in the field of road traffic law, the Criminal Code (simple property offences), the Aliens Act and the Weapons Act.
Requirements Profile
You have completed commercial or equivalent training and have worked for several years in the office operations of a public prosecutor's office. Your high typing skills and impeccable, confident German are a matter of course. You are willing to familiarise yourself with legal issues and have already acquired knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural law during your work in office operations.
You personally identify with criminal prosecution. Integrity and discretion are self-evident to you. You work independently, precisely, efficiently and solution-oriented. Furthermore, you are resilient, confident in your appearance and find the right tone in dealing with parties involved in proceedings and interface partners such as the police. You integrate collegially into our team.
