To strengthen our team in the field of supermarket, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as a Supermarket Collaborator, 50%, starting from 01.09.2025, for a fixed term until 31.10.2025, at the site of Geneva.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing lunch menus, salads, and soups.
- You ensure the preparation, freshness, and quality of the products.
- You conduct sales conversations and advise our demanding customers with competence and kindness.
- You carry out weekly promotions independently and reliably.
- You organize the sales area by setting seasonal priorities.
- You check that the sales stands are complete and clean.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere according to our concept.
- You systematically adhere to the prescribed hygiene rules.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or catering.
- You already have professional experience in a similar activity.
- You are able to adapt to a high customer frequency and maintain your calm and overview in busy situations.
- You exude positive energy and have a well-groomed appearance.
- You have a reliable, meticulous, and independent working style.
- You have a strong affinity for Food products and sustainability.
- You can adjust your availability according to the schedule.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
