Your Main Tasks

• Support and promote the nursing team in complex care situations
• Ensure patient-oriented and professional care in all shifts
• Continuous development of a person-centered practice and ensuring care quality in close cooperation with the nursing expert 
• Accompany new employees during their introduction
• Support in the development and implementation of concepts and nursing guidelines

Your Profile

• Completed studies as a certified nurse HF / FH
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing BScN or relevant CAS (or near completion)
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a nursing professional
• Interest in people and nursing as a profession
