This position is also offered to job-sharing teams.
We are an internationally active service company and our HR department is responsible for all personnel-related matters for our employees in Switzerland, for our branch office in Bangkok, as well as for contractors employed worldwide. Furthermore, we train apprentices. We offer a dynamic, international working environment with short decision-making paths and scope for creativity. To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced, committed, and versatile personality. With the following main tasks, you will significantly shape the entire employee journey at Comfone AG:
In this responsible position, you will perform the following tasks
- You will implement all HR processes operationally and administratively from applicant management to departures
- You will ensure correct and timely payroll processing, including special payments, allowances, overtime, absences, and statutory deductions
- You will prepare employment law documents such as contracts and references precisely and reliably
- You will support and advise employees and managers on all personnel-related issues
- You will participate in HR projects focusing on digitalisation and efficiency
- You will support management by preparing evaluations and decision-making bases
- You will recruit specialists and contribute to strengthening employer attractiveness
- You will keep an overview of working time and absence management and address any anomalies with the managers
Your ideal profile
- You have a commercial basic education and a federal HR specialist certificate or a comparable HR-related further education
- Your several years of professional experience in payroll and social insurance (preferably with SwissSalary) make you an expert
- You are confident in Swiss labour law and social insurance systems (including payroll and withholding tax)
- You possess very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Ideally, you have experience in an international environment
