For our team in the Central Region, we are looking for a dynamic and strong leader Project Manager Planning (m/f/d). In this role, you will be part of our Real Estate Consulting & Planning team. You will lead projects from phase SIA 2 to SIA 5 in planning and execution phases with internal and external specialists. Overall performance competitions and planning management are part of your responsibilities.
What you will achieve
- Developing strategic concepts and decision-making bases in phase SIA 1
- Evaluating location quality and market potentials
- Examining and optimizing property potentials
- Managing projects economically and planning-wise until the legal validity of the building permit in phase SIA 33
- Leading the planning of projects in execution in phases SIA 41 and 51
- Establishing project structure and process organization and independently leading and coordinating interdisciplinary planning teams
- Ensuring the contractual and timely organization of planning
- Contributing to the optimization of execution details and construction descriptions
- Providing professional and advisory support in acquiring new projects
Why you will succeed
- Architect ETH/FH or comparable knowledge from the construction planning field, possibly with additional economic training
- Professional experience in leading and coordinating planning
- Experience with interdisciplinary planning processes (LPH SIA 1-5) and their management
- Basic knowledge in BIM and sustainable construction
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (negotiation level)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Winning, confident personality with strong assertiveness
- Enjoyment of new challenges and willingness to learn
