You are responsible for administrative tasks (including scheduling, reporting, and managing medical records) and are the primary contact person for internal and external referrers as well as patients, both by phone and electronically. You receive our patients and conduct a structured interview (e.g., medication collection) and examination (vital parameters). In the context of additional examinations, you also provide short-term nursing care to patients as needed. You independently conduct additional examinations (under supervision) (e.g., brain wave tests, digital dizziness diagnostics, gait assessments with video, cognitive tests, etc.) and are responsible for adhering to quality standards. Instruction and information for patients are also part of your varied responsibilities.
The position can start immediately or by arrangement.

- Completed training as a medical secretary, medical practice assistant, or an equivalent title in the healthcare field
- Experience in neurophysiological diagnostics is welcome
