Description
Analyst, On-site IT Support
Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? Join our team as an Analyst for On-site IT Support in our Zurich office and be a part of a forward-thinking firm that values innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates thorough and effective approach to troubleshooting, including coaching others in effective troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of the business application of solutions and ability to work with lawyers and business professionals to support adoption of technology.
- Perform hands-on fixes: install and upgrade software, hardware, manage mobile devices, and configure applications.
- Provide technical support for video conferencing, in-room systems and audio conferencing
- Participate in on-site IT environment improvements.
- Advocate for our information security management system and assist customers in working efficiently within the framework.
- Test fixes, perform post-resolution follow-ups, and analyze trends to prevent future problems.
- Field customer requests via phone, email, or instant messaging courteously and build excellent assistance service.
- Record, track, and document problem-solving processes and apply diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting.
- Support and maintain IT equipment for live meetings and events, and provide expert knowledge for online webinar tools.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in computer science or related fields.
- Microsoft MCP or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, especially workstations and laptops.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows 11.
- Significant experience supporting Microsoft Office (M365).
- Proven ability to work under Service Level Agreements and manage support desk tickets.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in English, with German as a native language.
- Flexibility to work outside business hours and on weekends when necessary.
