Hot-dip galvanising is our craft - for generations, at 4 locations in Switzerland and Germany. For our group, we are looking for a personality to lead and further develop our financial accounting: professionally competent, hands-on, with enthusiasm for digitalisation.

HeLinkad of Accounting - Financial Reporting 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

As a head in the small team of 1 person in Switzerland and 4 people in Poland, you are also operationally active and, in addition to your projects, handle cross-cutting questions and tasks of accounting and finance.

What to expect from us:

Leadership and development of our accounting team in Poland (remote, DE/EN) - in cooperation with our Swiss accountant
Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements of the group companies (CH and DE), medium-term consolidation - training by our long-standing finance manager
VAT, customs and cross-border issues between our CH and DE plants
Development of contemporary, AI-supported financial processes (e.g. accounts payable workflow) — with support from our IT and genuine scope for design

What you bring:

Further education in finance and accounting (e.g. professional certificate) or equivalent, proven completion experience
You prepare financial statements independently and understand the connections up to the balance sheet and accrued profit and loss account
SME mentality: pragmatic, broadly interested, hands-on
Fluent German, English for professional exchange within the team
