Together with the well-coordinated accounting team at the Meilen location, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the accounts receivable area.
Your main tasks include
As an accounting clerk, you take on a central role in day-to-day business and ensure with your careful work that everything runs smoothly in the background:- Contact person for internal and external customers
- Posting daily incoming payments
- Responsibility for proper invoicing
- Dunning and debt collection as well as all related correspondence
- Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
We expect from you
- Completed commercial training
- Further training as an accounting clerk
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in accounts receivable accounting
- Interest in waste disposal and recycling
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
