About the job
Facility Manager Garden Maintenance 100%- Professionally, operationally and financially lead the responsible garden and green space maintenance organisation
- Support and advise customers as a "single point of contact"
- Advise customers on tactical and strategic matters concerning garden maintenance, green space management and seasonal deployment planning
- Personnel and professional leadership of 16 employees
- Take responsibility for costs, budget and resources
- Optimise and further develop existing processes, deployment planning and quality standards
- Ensure occupational safety, health protection and the proper handling of machines and equipment
- Training in the field of Facility Management, ideally with commercial and/or technical further education
- Professional experience in Facility Management, especially in garden maintenance
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ is desirable
- Experienced in leadership and enjoys working with different stakeholders
- Strong communication, organisational and planning skills
- Digital affinity and confident handling of modern tools
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, Spanish and/or Portuguese an advantage
