1st Level Customer Support
Mercanto, as a member of the Pistor group, is the largest Swiss B2B marketplace for professionals in the Food, Non-Food, and Healthcare sectors. Within the 1st level of customer support, you are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You combine your technical understanding with your taste for customer contact and actively contribute to the quality of service as well as the continuous development of our digital marketplace Mercanto.

My tasks
- 1st level support for the Mercanto marketplace by phone and email
- Support in case of problems using scanner applications
- Active exchanges with the support of other providers
- Constructive collaboration in process optimization
- Cooperation with support in French-speaking Switzerland
My profile
- Completed basic commercial training or equivalent
- First professional experience in customer support or helpdesk
- Interest and understanding of digitalization, processes, and change
- Goal-oriented, solution-focused work and team spirit
- Analytical and interconnected thinking as well as organizational talent
- Reliable, independent, and proactive personality
- Excellent knowledge of French, good knowledge of German, Italian is an asset
