The 3-year training to become a Retail Specialist EFZ "Creating Shopping Experiences in Perfumery" is very versatile, because as a trainee in our team you will gain exciting insights into many different areas of activity.
These tasks await you:
- Learning professional sales conversations for successful advice and service of our customers
- Gradually acquiring expertise about all our product categories: care, make-up, and fragrance
- Providing an attractive range of goods as well as presenting our products
- Managing and securing the goods
- Getting to know warehouse management, assisting with inventory and performing cleaning tasks
- Internal online e-learning tool
