Your tasks
- Ensure a safe and efficient working environment according to safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Ensure compliance with all SRT, airworthiness, and regulatory requirements
- Leadership and deployment planning of employees in the Gearbox Shop
- Organization of the necessary tools, equipment, and work documents
- Support and collaboration with other departments
- Identify and implement training and development needs within the team
- Contribute to process improvements to increase quality, safety, and efficiency
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Very good technical understanding
- Team-oriented, communicative, and committed personality
- Good German skills (C1) and English skills (at least B1)
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Good PC and MS Office skills are an advantage
