Regional Nursing Manager – Care Quality Manager (CQM) 80-100%
Area of responsibility
- Professional advice and support for nursing service managers in all matters of care quality
- Planning and conducting nursing audits as well as supporting the facilities in the sustainable implementation of improvement measures
- Further development, introduction and evaluation of nursing concepts, standards and guidelines
- Systematic analysis of nursing indicators and targeted derivation of optimisation measures
- Active participation in forward-looking projects as well as preparation and delivery of internal training
- Support of new nursing service managers during induction and professional support of the facilities during external audits
Requirements profile
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF or FH
- Several years of leadership experience as a nursing service manager or in a comparable role
- Further training in quality or health management
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High advisory competence and enjoyment in supporting and developing people
- Willingness to travel within the Bern region
